School Application Process

The following outlines the process for application into Lumen Accreditation. To know exactly what data is needed, please review a PDF version of the application here prior to beginning the process. Please note that once the application has been started, it must be submitted in the same session. Applications cannot be saved. Completing the application will take approximately 15 minutes.

If any questions arise, please contact ITCE staff at itce-lumen@cua.edu.

  1. Complete the application and submit responses.
  2. Application will be reviewed by ITCE staff.
  3. The primary contact will be granted access to an account in the Lumen Accreditation software.
  4. Primary contact will log in to the Lumen Accreditation software and will upload the required documents.
  5. ITCE staff will review uploaded documents.
  6. Primary contact will receive a notification that documents have been reviewed and complete and submit the certification form in the Lumen Accreditation software.
  7. Primary contact will receive official notification of receipt of completed application.
